He joined Argon in 2025 with over 20 years of experience in driving innovation and operational excellence, particularly within the Medical Device industry.
Prior to Argon, Jesse served as the Cyber Security Director at Stryker Corporation, a Fortune 500 medical technology company. There, he led strategic initiatives to enhance global cyber security, risk management, and architecture capabilities. During his 17-year tenure at Stryker, he spearheaded numerous high-impact projects, including the implementation of enterprise-wide applications, middleware, and master data solutions, the integration of new acquisitions, and the management of complex IT transformations to support business growth.
