Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Vicky Shen is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. She has extensive experience in global public companies and Big Four consulting and is responsible for leading global finance and IT operations for Argon.
Previous to joining Argon in 2024, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the Japan, Asia Pacific Region (“JAPAC”) at Edwards Lifesciences, a Fortune 500 medical device company. In this role, she acted as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing financial analysis, long-range planning and operational oversight for the JAPAC region.
Her career has spanned multiple finance disciplines: regions, business units, and corporate functions. She has also served as the Vice President of Finance for the Global Critical Care Business Unit and previously held the position of Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Edwards.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
